Flow & Grow: the Heart of painted dance collective

Flow & Grow is a creative development program for aspiring and emerging dance artists age 13-25 to expand their skillset, develop their artistry, build their confidence, and collaborate on a performance project.

This year our F&G company will be performing in the Lumiere Art-at-Night Festival in September 2025 and completing a music video in 2026!

We will be offering an 8 week Junior Flow & Grow for dancers age 10-13 in the new year.

past projects

2024-2025

Our most recent program dancers presented their own choreography work alongside our advanced company members in (un)divided: a Flow & Grow showcase at Eltuek Arts Centre in Sydney, NS.

Our 2023-2024 class completed a video project to Murder on the Dancefloor by Sophie Ellis-Bextor. This was a fan favourite project and experience amongst our dancers!

2022-2023

This season of Flow & Grow students hosted a weekend of shows, featuring solos, duets, and group dances, all choreographed by them!

summer 2021

Our Flow & Grow dancers collaborated with our advanced company dancers to present a full length dance show at the Highland Arts Theatre in Sydney, NS.
